This film directed by Marc Forster and written by Zach Helm is about Harold Crick who is a regular man, with a very organized life. He counts every single step of his life, until one day he wakes up and finds out that a voice now is counting them for him. This female narrator follows him narrating everything through out his days. Harold gets worried and investigates, until he finds out that his life has been turn into a book in which he was about to die. With lots of dealing with the writer of the book, they get to negotiate not to kill him and Harold ends up changing his own future.
