“Oedipus Rex”

In “Oedipus Rex” by Sophocles is easy to see the excessiveness of hubris and also the great message that leaves to all readers. Oedipus by having too much pride is awfully affected when he gets the news that he was married to his mother and had kids with her and, that he had killed his dad. Trying to escape their future was the first error committed by the queen and king and the of course by our protagonist. Our futures are already written and anything we try to change them is not going to work, one way or another our future is always going to happen.
